It's Decemberrr! One of my favourite months of the year!

Surprisingly, not exactly for the presents and shopping, but more of the season feeling that December brings.

I really adore the lights, music and Christmas atmosphere and how the malls are so busy all the time, and everyone's so happy(or so i think). Like I always picture malls in Dec to be decked with decorations and having humongous christmas trees with presents under them in the middle of the mall with gorgeous lighting and decorations around it. So festive!
And 1st of December also brings...

HAPPY PLEDIS 2012!

[ Pledis is a korean entertainment company, one of the relatively smaller ones and is home to After School, Son Dambi and the yet to debut, tentatively titled, "Pledis Boys" or "After School Boys". ]

And they have come together this festive season to produce a family album, Happy Pledis, where part of the proceeds will go to charity organizations.

Last year, for Happy Pledis, it was After School

with 'Love Love Love'.

This year, it's the entire Pledis family coupled with a couple of Pledis trainees, with "Love Letter"!

I think it's really nice and I kinda enjoyed it. And with this, yes, Pledis is my favourite Korean entertainment company. They really do have an eye for talent!

It's sad though, I feel the way Pledis manages their artists is really lacking and really pales in comparison with other more established companies like SM, JYP, YG or even Cube for that matter. And it's such a pity since their acts are all so talented. With the right way of promotions and all, they all could have been much more popular and successful than they are now.

I seriously cannot stand it anymore.

The holidays, though I'm really glad to have, are such a bore. There's nothing to do besides lay in bed on the computer all day, or on the desk on the computer the whole day.

It makes me feel like going back to school, the horror, which I just know after a week I'll be begging for a week of precious rest aka holiday and I'll be regretting how I'm so foolishly spending away these precious hours; Since there will be moutains of homework, tests and all as we're in the O levels year and I also know this via experience. But, as of now, there's nothing to be tired about, so yeah.

Oh and Mom just left for China today on a work trip today.

She brought me along 4 years ago, when I was in P6 and made me miss my graduation ceremony and party and all which of course sucked, but I got to get on a plane for the very first time in my life (the plane ride was the highlight of my trip!! For me, that is. ahaha), and visit some other country with cold weather instead of good ol' Singapore and its freakin' disgusting all year round hot and sunny. I simply loved wearing the thick coats with my hands in the front pockets of the coat and all while walking down the streets.

But she couldnt this year since her bosses are coming along and so therefore now I'm stuck at home with my dad and sis. The horror.

Both are superbly temperamental, especially my dad, whose gone through depression, and yeah that's my main problem. I don't really know how to say it, but I have this feeling it's gonna be really difficult to live with the both of them for a long period of time without my mom. So Thursday quickly come!

In the meanwhile, I'm gonna go plan my 'escape-the-house mission' plan.

Just ended O Level Listening Comprehension!

Was a breeze but after comparing answers with peeps I think I got one wrong and therefore it's a 18/20 for me. Still a good score nevertheless but it's only 5(or is it 10?) % of the whole thing, (Paper 1 + 2 + 3(LC) & Oral)

Had oral last monday and I think I did pretty well, not so much for reading but for conversation as I had prepared for the topic which was about loan sharks making youngsters do jobs for them ((:

Sigh but I have a really bad feeling about Paper 1 which is happening in November. Essay's gonna kill me no doubt :(

Gonna do a post on After School's Red and Blue subunits(which is really cool, especially Red - have you seen their concept pics omg!) soon after the tracks and stuff are released :)

After School, my fave Korean band of all time, is gonna be back with a Bang! Japanese-Style!

They've been hailed in the land of Japan as the 3 S, or as I like to call it, the Triple-S Kill (just like J-Lo's triple threat) Sexy, Style, Show. All delightfully fitting and true of such a fierce and awesome band.

They're gonna debut soon in Japan and just completed their first showcase which was greated and finished with overwhelming and warm response from the peeps in Japan. (Over 50,000 people attempted to purchase the tickets. Hint, hint to the biggest power.)

I was happy for them, to say the least.

But now after the Japanese PV teaser has been released, I'm BEYOND excited.

This 1 minute and 11 seconds of holiness is not enough!

Eye appointment today at SGH (Singapore General Hospital).

For those that don't know I'm under this eye mopia programme/project of the SGH Eye Clinic. I really don't know what it's called but they give me eyedrops to put nightly - see if it helps combat the myopia or something and I'll go back half-anually for their tests and stuff.

Apparently it's working coz judging from todays' assesment my eye sight's now 600 on both eyes, as compared to 5 years back when I was ~575, "25 is a very very insignificant amount. The nurse then continued to compare the length 0.1mm to 0.125mm or something I can't remember - I was very groggy after the special eye drop they put there to "numb the pupils" or something - till now I still can't see things near-sighted.

I was very tired - imagine waking up at 0730 and having air shoot (literally) into your eyes 2 hours later and having to wear a 'special' spectactle made of like 10kg of metal to do like a gazillion eye tests. Nah I exaggerate; It was alright but kinda tiring.

Anyway the highlight was that it was the 2nd last visit after like 5 years of being under the programme! 2 more months and I'll be completely freeee of these eyedrops and I'll officially be the Guinea pig of something! (this is nothing to be excited about.)

Sigh can't believe 5 years have past by so fast.

Finshed Mid-years on Wednesday and (still) had school on both Thurs and Fri, even though it's kinda like a tradition thing in my school to have a "marking day" on the day right after the last exam -especially mid and end-of-years- since they are the exams that hold the most weightage of final grades (MY 10%, FY a whopping 70%).

But since "marking day was vesak day(tuesday)", there was none. And vesak day was freakin on the day right before my last paper.

Yay for public holidays (eye-roll).

Fml like seriously.

And now, apparently, results' will be out on Mon, since it's the last week of school and stuff, and I seriously do not think I did well this term.

I so should seriously post in the secret personal blog which no one knows about, which I won't because I'm too lazy, all though all it takes is a couple of clicks.

These few ~~days~~ months,every time they go out or just spend some together, they're bound to return with some sort of bad news to supposedly inform, "share" with me. They will all look so sad, frowning while I try my best to smile. I always hope to be greeted with warm grins, but it's like ~~waiting for the pot of gold at the end of a rainbow o~~r waiting for the day pigs are able to fly.

Nothing seems to ever go right, negativity brews around everywhere and it's scary, it's horrifying, how everything is just so... bleak. Every time something SEEMS to go right, it just comes crumbling down, spiraling down, out into the dumps, a dump just like the shit we're in.

And it just NEVER seems to stop. It never stops and you know, no you don't bloody know, but it's not just them who has to bear the brunt of all these.

Study.). Ugh.

My sister left for Sydney last tuesday and is already there, which is millionsss of miles from here and she's gonna be gone for 3 years I guess.

But of course, she's gonna be back like every 6 months during her longer term breaks or something lah. Can't be stay there forever for 3 years right ~~(though I hope she would :X)~~ Hmm what, what? No! Nah!
Nobody heard no nothing! *awkward silence* ....Right...?

It cost my parents a bomb to send her there to study I think. They were talking in ten$ of thousand$, running up into the hundreds somewhere even, which is more than we can afford in my opinion (but hey, I'm only 13! I know nuts. Bah).

Anyway we've been Skype-ing(or in my parents' pronunciation, Sky-PEE-ing) with her these few days without fail ever since she left on 15th and is going to again tonight. My dad specially bought a mike to talk to her you know (what parents will do to "communicate and strengthen" their relationship with their children). And lucky for my parents and sister there are beautiful IT things such as Skype and MSN, or else they would have died literally not being able to communicate with my sister face-to-face.

Ok it's 7 already and what does that mean?

It's SKYPE-WITH-JANESEAH time!

Woke up today unusually late with a bloody migraine... and yep, it's going to be Christmas soon!

It's like, what, only less than a week away?! I'm still amazed by how quickly time is flying by me. Well, going to have the annual "family-get-together" barbecue thing on christmas, and sadly, to spoil the whole festive mood, on the day before christmas, which is christmas eve, I have to go for physio. Shit KKH/my physiotherapist.

Anyways, mom took leave yesterday to accompany me for my review. All's well, and only have to go back for review again in about 6 months time :D Also finally went to IKEA to get this side table which I saw in the papers. But upon seeing it, I was hugely disappointed - it was so bloody short! Ok la, big surface area and stuff, but SHORT! It looked so different as opposed to the advertisement I saw. Lol. Stupid advertisements, bluff people one. Sigh. Now have to go to other furniture shops to find side tables. ) :

Went to the newly revamped FairPrice at Marine Parade afterwards to get some groceries(i'm quite amazed by it. They had all this stuff from Japan/Korea and even Sushi! Not bad la, for a FairPrice outlet) and headed home.

Almost a week of the December Holidays are gone already. So fast.

Well anyway, it's 1:36 in the afternoon on a saturday right now and I'm going to have tuition soon. (fake enthusiasm) yaayyyyyyyy! Haha. I'm actually waiting for my new Math/Science tutor now, which my mum got for me through a tuition agency of some sort, but i think he's running kinda late,(the tuition was supposed to be at 1) oh well.

I've recently got a brand new spankin' laptop! The Toshiba Portege M900 (I just had to bold it. New laptop leh. Hee.)

Got it 2 days back at the Sitex fair @ Expo. It was also at this same fair where I met a friend who was shopping for a harddisk or something I think (:

Almost couldn't get the laptop coz my parents and I went to the fair at the last minute on the last day because of (insert annoying face).

Anyway it was the last 20 minutes or something of the fair and we just got in and were still walking around the place, looking at stuff. When we finally decided on this model at one of the Harvey Norman-Toshiba stalls, we were told there was no more stock of the model and was instead recommended a cheaper one. -.- Luckily there was another Harvey Norman-Toshiba stall around, and it still had stock of the model (:

Cost $1599. The promotions/price-slashing were rather *hard-hitting*, I guess.

On the very first day of the fair and it was going for $1999, $1799 for students i think, without Harvey Norman throwing in so many freebies. But on the last day, it was slashed by 200 dollars and much more freebies were thrown in(:

Just came back from Drama. Literally just. Actually ended at 5.30, but the exco and crew had to stay back for a meeting with the Director aka our instructor to discuss all the little loop-holes and stuff such as the cues, sets, lighting, etc. So ended at around 7/8pm in the end ): and considering the time I had to wait for my bus.. T.T Lucky there's no tuition for me today. (I norm do)

Had to go for physio today, and had a short clinical appt. so went to school late (:

And I chose such a good time to butt into the lessons - Computer Studies! There's basically like no more projects/stuff we need to do, and coincidentally, it was the last Com Science we're going to have for this whole year (school ends next wed for us) so it was just playplayplay throughout the whole 2 periods(100 minutes) ((: We were allowed to go on the net and do whatever we wanted, and for me, it was Fb ftw! (:

School ends pretty early these few days, due to some Sec 4 activities, and thus right after CS, there was a little bit of Geography and school ended (:

Went for the LAMDA(London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art) workshop straight after that, (from Wiki)which is an academy that started offering speech examinations to the public in the 1880s and since then these examinations have been refined and developed into a comprehensive system of performance evaluation, which is internationally recognised which prepared us for the oral examinations we were gonna take in end November.

And LAMDA is totally not just some normal oral like school like that! More atas-ier in a way, and we need to know so many things, stuff like working with visual aids, note cards , etc. And the EL dept takes this so mega-seriously.

Today's a Sunday, which means another week has come to a close. Havent been doing much last week, still resting at home, or in this case, mostly at my grandmother's house during the weekdays. I was unable to go back to school even though I think I can now, after so much rest and stuff, because the exams were still going on. Heh.

So you could say it was pretty fruitless. I really had nothing much to do since I've re-read all the Harry Potter books(magically fantastic) like 10 times already and there was nothing much I needed to do anyway.

But now I have.

I think.

I found this book in my sister's bedroom today, while she was out with her godma picking out luggages for her Sydney.

Not a bad book, through its simple yet elegant cover it tells the it tells the true story of Morrie, an old professor, who's suffering from Lou Gehgrig's disease.

Many good quotes in the book such as:

"The culture we have does not make people feel good about themselves. And you have to be strong enough to say if the culture doesn't work, don't buy it."

... and then some others. ehheh.

I've really been missing a lot of school these days(like really alot), but it's not like I'm playing truant or anything(I've always been a model student lol). but because of my current medical condition.

Went to KK last tues for a MRI, which had to be done with me under GA(read: 打麻醉） coz I was unable to lie down straight for a longgg period of time (and the MRI takes about 1 and a half hours, plus you totally cannot move.) And it appears that, according to the report, one of the discs in my backbone had protruded out and thus was pressing on one of my nerves causing the pain. SO it's definitely not just a simple torn ligament and DEFINITELY not a bloody muscle sprain like how the first few doctors I went to see said it was. Stupid cb doctors who dont know their stuff. Pfft.

Anyway I've also not been going to school for the past 2 weeks or so, and thus missed a lot of the revisions that went on. My school understands my condition though and have exempted me from the upcoming examinations and school(yay?) All I would have to do is present them the various reports, medical papers, etc.

Going back to KK on Thurs for the review of the report. Wish me ~~luck~~ well

And I like what I'm hearing.

There's obviously a mix of sounds in Memoirs and something for everyone, youngsters/old, "Daydream"-loving fans, ranging from fun uptempos(Up Out My Face) to heavy ballads (Angels Cry, IWTKWLI, H.A.T.E.U.), etc.

I really like the in-between interludes/reprises too,something MC rarely/never does, especially "Up Out My Face (the reprise)" (love the marching-band thing) and "Angel (the prelude)" where Mariah captures the energy of Minnie Riperton and her vocals soar to places where none of them other chicks out there can even dream of! Her voice even outpaces the piano!

Mariah too exercises her vocal range on Memoirs in a way that she has not since Butterfly, and reallly sets the bar high for her live performances(cant wait to see her do IWTKWLI live on Oprah)

But hey. It's just my opinions. (Which is really one-sided since I'm a huge FAN of the artist.)

Can't really tell alot by just 30-sec snippets..so I'm in mega anticipation for the full album.

FINALLY.

The common tests are over. was busy with it the whole of last week. Was ~~studying~~ mugging like crazy. Gonna be getting the test scripts/results soon I guess, the teachers were all ~~bent on~~ so confident that they would be able to mark all the scripts within the weekend and give them back to us next week. (my math & science teachers already finished marking my class's scripts. in a day. -.-)

Anyway, I'm not looking forward to school tomorrow. Have to stay back for some totally pointless canoeing contact time land drill. Bah. There'll be a theory lesson, followed by some drills we have to do, and a then a MCQ test to see whether, to quote the instructor who came to bried us, "whether we know our stuff or not". Sigh, but that's school, no matter whether you like it or not still must do.

But.

I won't have to do the drills 'cause of my injury.

Plus, my MC covers like 2 months or something. HAAA.

There will be another canoeing contact time again on wed too. This time we really get to canoe, not only do ~~dumb~~ drills. Sigh, and yet again, I cannot participate (i want to canoe, but not the drills;)) :(

Mariah recently did the first ever performance of her new smash hit blazing hot single, Obsessed on AGT (America's Got Talent), I guess its partly because Nick is hosting the show, otherwise she wont give a shit about AGT (maybe she will for promo? idk.)

It has been confirmed that the album which I have been much anticipating for, Memoirs Of An Imperfect Angel, has been pushed back three weeks from the orignally release date of Aug 25th to September 15th.

Well, OF COURSE I am upset. Had been really waiting for this one, after 'Obsessed' was released and the The-Dream demo of H.A.T.E.U. was leaked (which I thought was rather addicitive).

Word is also going round that the main reason of the push-back is that the album was not completed in time to make the original release date, or maybe L.A. Reid wanted to do a "It's Like That'/'We Belong Together' magic by making her rush back into the studio like "The Emancipation Of Mimi" to add on new tracks.(this i'm just blindly guessing)

Too, the album will miss the August 31 cutoff for the 2010 Grammy Awards nominations. But who cares about the goddamn bloody screwed-up Grammy's really? They're just a bull-crap awards show that don't appreciate real, raw talent and good music but rather, ...nvm I shan't go into details. They have never been kind to MC since the whole Mottola thingy too anyways. OH well.

Mariah will now go head-to-head on the charts with Barbra Stresiend, Paramore, Selena Gomez(Errr?) and some others.

But I guess it'll be worth the wait, hopefully MC'll bring quality like how she did with Obsessed :)

Chinese Oral. 口试。

Just finished my CL Oral Exam today.

And I am so loving SJI's Secondary 1 Chinese Department. They're like really giving away marks for this whole oral thing, it's really a give-away 40 marks! (10 marks for 朗读 and 30 for 会话)

Though I think I screwed it upp ):

It's like a month or two before, before the June Holidays, we were already given 5 passages and 6 会话 topics and those were the actual exam passages and topics! And we would have to roll a dice (抽签, according to my CL teacher) and the number rolled would be the passage number and topic number we would be tested on, which, I we today T.T

Eg. Rolled 1 on the dice = Passage One and Topic One

Though, I got a passage which was fairly easy, I had really little points to talk about for the topic accompanying it! ): It was about Singapore's campaigning on people to speak more fluent and accurate chinese btw (Read: "华语 Cool!" -.-) Was totally caught off-guard and was trying so hard during the exam to mentally churn out phoints, whilst babbling on and on about whatever I had/thought of then. Just tried to lengthen my sentences and elaborate slightly aka beating around the bush before going straight to the point in the end T.T

Not that I did not prepare/study or anything, but I was actually preparing for other topics/passages. Sigh.

Mariah clearly didn't take herself too seriously and I laughed out loud several times during this, most of that coming from Eminem being hit by the bus and Mimi screeching "He's all up in my George Forman!" The part where she was at the photoshoot was pretty ridiculous and OTT, but Mariah pulled it off and made it look fabulous, glamorous and hilarious all at once (of course, it's Mariah CAREY, Duuh.). I'm now officially so ever-more excited about her new album which is gonna drop Aug 25th!

It happened yesterday night, at Chicago's #1 station. While I was fast asleep. Sigh. I'm blaming it all on the stupid way the Earth rotates and the dumb difference in timezones that I was not able to catch the LIVE premiere of Mariah's new single "Obsessed". But anyway, the radio rip of it has already been uploaded on the net!

It's freaking awesome. I totally am into it. Especially since it's a song dissing the ever dumb and moron-tic rapper Eminem, who has been insulting the songbird for the past 6-7 years, claming they had a thing going. And throughout the years, there was hardly any retaliation from MC’s part. Just denials. Marish did, subtledly address him in her song ‘Clown’ back in 2002 but in her new track ‘Obsessed’, there is no subtlety. She gives the rapper a full on ROASTING.

She asks him: “Why are you so obsessed with me?”. She tells him “You’re delusional”. She refers to him as a “conversation” whilst she’s a “press conference” implying that she’s much more relevant and legendary than he’ll ever be.(duh) She calls him “lame” and she continues to deny having any type of relationship with him, telling him that even if he were the "last man on the earth still couldn't hit this" She goads him for his DRUG ADDICTION. She went in on that ass and decided not to play. The lyrics are CLASSIC! Mariah went mad hard on this one. She ran him over with a train, peeled his ass high and dry AND roasted his peanut ass so severely he may have to stay hidden in his candy shell for a long time :)

Plus, the song being a wild, hot summer record on the rsdios and hitting number one WW would only make the revenge sweeter for Mariah, no?

P/S The official release date of MOAIA is AUGUST 25!! Though sad it isnt on the month of my birthday, the sooner the better!!!!

The second week of the holidays are here!

These really is like the start of my holiday, because already like 4/5 days of it were already taken up by the Drama Camp I had to attend, which was a 4D3N overnight, held-at-school kind of thing. It was all mainly hard-work and sweat though, re-rehearsing our SYF piece for the upcoming Arts Fest and for when we went to SJII (SJI, but international, in other words, for the rich and foreign) to perform. So last week was not really considered the start of the holidays :(

But anyway, I have been ~~pretty~~ very much anticipating for the holidays since, like, the march holidays? I just dread having to wake up at 5.30 in the morning, just to rush-rush for the direct bus to school. Plus, the boring, mundane lessons at school. Sigh.

But now, finally, a month-long "vacation"! :)

I'm really thrilled about this month-long holiday, it's really like no other, I don't have to mug my eyeballs out like I had to during the P5/P6's vacations for the stupid PSLE. Neither do I have to go back to school for any CCA or whatnots since the CCA thing was over and one with during the camp and I have no remedials or whatever. *hint hint*

So I am ~~rather~~ in a way or two, free!! *Grins Widely*

Plus, I have no homework at all! You guys must be bursting with envy and, ahem, jealousy right?? ;) But seriously, NO HOMEWORK! NIP, NADA, NOTHING, ZERO! Except for one little piece of chinese poster project :)

So I am trying to come up with things I could do to not just waste this whole holiday away aimlessly and pitifully by just being hooked onto the computer everyday.

But till now, I got nothing planned. :(

WOAH.

I seriously need to update this little blog - It's turning DEAD for goodness sake!

(I just realised I have not been updating this place for about 2 weeks or so! :O)

So ANYWAY,

I finished my common tests a couple of weeks back and recently got back the results. And i got 3rd in class! I'm so shocked la, because I originally thought that I had failed my science and thus, would lead to a poor position/grading in class. But, surprise, surprise, I actually got an overall of SEVENTY for GS(General Science), even though i failed both the Bio and Physics paper*cheekily grins*which I did last term and this term respectively. Imagine my exuberant happiness when i found out! Turns out it was because of the AA(Alternative Assessment) we did (science journals) that my marks were pulled up so much (from 40-something to 70 leh!)

CCA has also just re-started after a lonnggg break for the common tests, and how I dread it. Too, there is this dumb drama camp coming up next Tuesday. It's a 3 days 2 nights stayover kind of thing - 2 words : I Hate. I rather be at home, sleeping happily in my warm bed till whatever time I want and using the computer, then be in some dumb camp, doing training and all. One of my friends was lucky though, he got to miss the camp because he had to go to the hospital for a check-up. Lucky fella.

I too made an amazing discovery - I cannot live without MC(that too) a computer.

I've been really ~~sad~~ ~~unhappy~~ mad these days, because the ~~shitass slow~~ darling computer keeps ~~breaking~~ crashing down. The stupid machine's screens just sort of fizzles up into shades and spots of green, weird patterns and can't work, even after the countless times of trying to 'auto-repair' the thing, and even after the dumdum service man came and repaired (that moron came THREE times and still, this clearly shows how incapable he is lor. Stupid man, they should just rid him of his technican certificate or something, if he even has one) Thus, my dad had no choice but to send it away for repairs and will only be sent back next tues, and sadly, the day I am going away for camp ):

So sad. Luckily there's my dad's laptop or else the i'll ~~suffocate myself to death~~ die, for sure.

The house desktop com just bloody crashed! Meaning? EVERYTHING INSIDE IT IS GONE! Tthe Microsoft files, music files, pictures.. everything. All gone. I have least 3-4 thousand of music files inside it leh! It's a shared desktop, which means my sis/mom/dad stuff also all gonee ):

Currently in the midst of my mid-year common tests(wish me luck!). Have been hard at hitting the books for the past couple of days, and just finished off the first paper today, the one with the highest mark weightage - History and I think I did pretty ok(: (It's actually my final paper for History, since I'll be doing Geog from next term onwards, thus the reason I studied so hard for History)

Though I ~~sadly~~ have three more to go.

But it's only till this Friday and I'll be free and will be looking forward to the much-anticipated JUNE HOLIDAYS, so yeah. Hoho, but I guess I'll be pretty busy, with all the projects and CCA camps.

P/S OH, BTW, I have made the bravest decision of deleting all my old posts and the ones you guys see will only be those that are dated from the starting of this year onwards, if I am not wrong :)

It's pretty OK, though we were all highly anticipating for an, ahem, gold with honours. But it's better than nothing la. It would really have been a hard hit in the gut if we just got bronze or even worse, *shudders* COP. :(

Reward was ice-cream -.- (Island Creamery's leh! but still. oh-oh and we were given 200 smackeroos to spend just on the ice-cream. Heh You must be in a jealous fit right now(:) Plus, we were also given a couple if CCA days off.

P/S But I bet we would have been rewarded a whole lot MORE better if we got gwh ;)

Just came back from Drama rehearsals for SYF. Quite fun, in some ways. Everything was pretty rush-rush because the performance aka SYF day is next WEDNESDAY! It's like less than a week left, thus the rush!

But anyways, I'm pretty glad it falls on a Wed -i get to miss the 2 boring periods of IEP(Individualised Enrichment Programme) lessons! My module is debating somemore. 更惨。FYI, i chose because i thought it was a for-fun thing and didnt really give two hoots about the choices

Anyway, i came upon someone/something awfully revolting and disgusting yesterday at the bus stop opposite my school.

I was walking with a couple of other drama guys to the bus-stop and saw,

I didn't know that it was him at first, i only heard of him and whatever nonsense he does, but didn't really know how he looked like. So I was quite shocked when my sec 2 friend told me that he was the Bishan Gay.

Though, he pretty much looked the part, a round, stout guy with obvious aging and baldness, glasses (and head) tilted downwards, twirling the handphone(!) in his hand, and with the camera function on, ~~i guess~~ ~~i believe~~ CONFIRM. What freaked me out the most was, he actually glaring/smiled (in a pervert kind of way, duh) at me! (Shudder)

So you could imagine my delight when my bus came a minute or two later.

Bobo the Hamster

My sister's BF recently just got her a hamster as an advance birthday present.

I thought it would be a cute little furry pet and all but, oh no, nonononono.

It's very lazy! Sleeping all day in it's house (it has a two-storey house full with a bathroom, bed and what-nots) and occasionally climbing down the stairs to get some food/clean itself/find a new place to sleep etc. Goodness! I have never seen it run on the ~~treadmill~~ the rolling thing which hamsters run on, like I have seen a thousand or so other hamsters did.

Plus, it's cage stinks. Seriously. Lucky the thing is being placed at the balcony, and not in my sister's room or whatever(which is unluckily next to mine). Or else I'll have to clip pegs on my nose/even worse, die a wrongful death of the smell :(

Though, my sister seems to really love the little furry thing alot, talking to it every now and then and getting so hyper and yelling whenever she sees it doing something (every single action - it coming out of its cage, eating etc. like a mother when she hears her newborn baby say "mama"). I bet she'll faint when she sees it doing what it does best : Sleeping.

More incredulously, it's named Bobo. Woah, yipee?

F-I-NA-LLY! IT'S FINALLY HERE!!!

I've been waiting for the longest time ever for the video lor. Was so anticipating for this :) The video is really good/chic - but i guess it'll be a whole lotta better if the bloody (rolls eyes) Nick Cannon (a.k.a MC's hubby) weren't the director. (i was already quite sad and didn expect much of the vid when i heard HE was going to be the director)

BUT still,the script's quite good (only that the ending was a bit abrupt and unclear..) and a 3.5/5 video for me :)) And MC really adds to the star/glam factor. Of course, her acting skills are no doubt well (She has acted in movies, people.lol) :))

I've been sososo busy these days. Especially today/now.

So many things taking up so much of my time, even the bus ride back home! Sigh.

Currently rushing out some homework, projects and stuff. ALL graded. hmph. It just adds to the pressure and i'm trying to make it all as perfect as possible. Sigh. E.g I'm trying to decorate my science journal/scrapbook and make it really impressive-lookin. if it weren't graded, i would just do up all the info needed and throw the whole bloody thing aside, much less actually DECORATE the thing :(

I just finished my common tests last week though, much to my relief :) I got back my my Math and Bio paper and one has a pretty neat-lookin grade while the other, a sloppy embarrassment. Sigh. [ it does not need a genius to do the math. My math has always been better than my science. Since P3. lols.]

The rest of the other paper's all still undergoing marking. *happily jumps* I was actually hoping and penning on the thought that the teachers would take a forever to mark the scripts, but the fact that they have to give it back before the PTM (parent-teacher-meet) just makes that impossible *frowns* Pllllusss, the PTM is next friday. =.=

I just came back from CCA yesterday and as usual, tired when i got home :(

Drama's no-goods: It ends like at, 5/6pm and i would usually be bloody wiped-out once i reach home lols. and they ACTUALLY HAVE PT(physically training) *Goshes* On Wednesday. And it consists of ALOT of exercises/activities and freaking runs around the track. Just because the Principal/CCA person-in-charge passed down the dumb rule that every CCA must have some PTs :(( Even asthetics. LOLOLOLOL.

But other than that, it's still ok,ithink. Plus, i got selected for a cameo role for the SYF~~ It may be something worth being happy over for, but I have to go for 2 sessions of CCA now and have to practice,put in hard-work etcetc. *Pouts*

Btw, i got new speczzz~ ...FINALLY.

My vision's deproved. Thus, new glasses were needed. And of course, i jumped onto the oppourtunity of being able to get new specs and tossed away/kept my old, normal-looking glasses (even though they caused a bomb for being a bloody Transitions/progressive) AND BOUGHT A BRAND NEW NERDY-LOOKING SPECS!!!!!

You know, those thick, black ones that are currently the fashion :) MUAAHHAAHAHAHAHAA.

I'm just too ~~lazy~~ to actually blog and write entries. So I'll just take a ~~short-cut~~ and post videos. Isn't that just such a great,innovative idea? Beats lengthy posts/essays, no? And pictures do speak a thousand words, right?
